Refund Policy – PulsedVision Studios

At PulsedVision Studios, every project is a custom service that involves significant time and creative effort. Because of this, completed design or marketing work is generally non-refundable.

We want our clients to feel confident and treated fairly, so here’s how we handle payments and refunds:

1. Deposits & Up-Front Fees
A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50% of the project fee) secures your spot in our schedule and covers initial research and planning.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel before we start any work, we will refund any amount paid beyond the deposit.

3. Milestone Payments
If we agree to staged or milestone payments, you will only be charged for work completed up to that point.

4. Revisions
We include the number of revisions specified in your proposal. Any additional changes or scope expansions may incur extra fees, which will be confirmed in writing before proceeding.
